Controversial EPA No. 2 confirmed (Washington Post): Andrew Wheeler, a former coal mining lobbyist and aide to a Senate climate skeptic, was confirmed as the EPA’s number two official by the Senate in a 53-45 vote.

Fake meat goes mainstream (Wall Street Journal): Yesterday, White Castle introduced the vegan “Impossible Burger” at 140 of its locations. Several other faux-meat companies are trying to bring their niche products into the mainstream.
